Latha Mathavan Arts and Science College, located near Madurai Alagar Kovil, functions effectively under the guidance of Datuk Dr. Madhavan Sir. The college provides quality education to many rural students from the surrounding areas of Madurai, helping them build a better future through higher education.
From the beginning of the first year, the college’s Placement Cell identifies the interests and career goals of the students and provides appropriate guidance and training. Students are given specialized training for government job examinations, opportunities in international companies, and also encouraged to develop entrepreneurial skills.
In addition, continuous training in communication skills and soft skills is provided to enhance students’ confidence and professional abilities. As a result, many students secure good placements and move forward towards successful and satisfying careers.
